A Florida saltwater fishing license (if under 65). In a kayak you aren't covered by my blanket license because you're in a separate vessel. Licenses can be bought at K-Mart, Walmart, and many tackle shops, or on-line or by phone 24 hours a day. To purchase a license on-line go to www.MyFWC.com. #30 or greater Sunscreen, Bullfrog clear gel is highly recommended (apply before dressing and leave it at home)

Deck or tennis shoes that can get wet! (they will)

Polarized Glasses

A hat that covers you well

Whatever you want to eat and drink (in a small cooler)

A couple of your own reels and/or rods, if you prefer (if you're a baitcaster guy, it must be yours)
