January was a real tough month for weather. Ed Bowerman and his son Joe had to try twice to get in a day of fishing. The first attempt was on January 8th, and we spent the whole day at the Waterfront Restaurant hiding from what had to be the worse storm of the winter.
Our trip on January 26th was under heavy cloud cover and the threat of rain, but we managed to get it done. Ed and Joe managed to catch 12 snook to 24 inches, 4 speckled trout to 20 inches, and 3 flounder during a month when catchin was tough.
Good job, boys.
