Picking the AOTM this month was difficult. We had several parties that caught the hell out of fish, and we had Steve Daniels that boated his 21 pounder, but numbers alone, nor size alone, don't always tell the story. Of the several trips that each had similar catch results, the tie-breaker was the quality of fish. In my mind, that made Curt and Dave the easy winners, with their string of fish ranging from 5 to 12 pounds.
Unfortunately, my camera ate most of the pictures from Curt's and Dave's trip, as well as everything else from July 11 through the 15th. So, the picture here is not reflective of the quality of the fish they caught so many of.
Congratulations, guys, on a great trip and a job well done! You had lots of competition this month, but you pulled it off.
