While there were other angler groups that caught more fish in July, Dave has the honor of catching the most as an individual angler.

Dave drove all the way from Texas to fish with me preparatory to doing an "Angler of the Month" feature on me for Gulf Coast Anglers Association, over which he presides.

In spite of less than perfect weather David managed to boat 5 redfish to 26 inches, 6 trout, 6 snapper to 16 inches, and 18 nice snook. Not a bad introduction to west coast Florida fishing!
