Roger booked five days with me during May and June, and we had some great trips. My ole buddy Steve Ladd beat Roger out for honors last month, and Paul Funk was runner up for June, but one fish sealed the deal for Roger.

On the morning of June 1st, Roger and I boated some 36 snook and 4 speckled trout. The fish of the day, and the month of June was his 35 inch long snook, weighing around 16 pounds. Roger did a masterful job of keeping that big fish out of the trees and stickups, and if I remember correctly, he did it on a long, limber rod he'd brought from Merry Old England.

Roger was a great chap to spend a week of fishing with, and I can't wait until he gets back over here for another go at it.
