Sounds like the snook were hungry. I am trying to recall if you promised me a free trip or 1/2 price next time for me since I was skunked - gunna hold you too it. I have been going over in my head all your coaching tips and I think I can do it now - land the big one.

I loved your enthusiasm and expertise, but I think you might have scared the girls a bit, coach. We were cracking up the rest of our week remembering all our goof ups on the boat, and coach Butch letting us know all about it (KEEP THE ROD DOWN! OR YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE THE FISH....).

I just think if we could have had better luck with bait and could have started fishing a little earlier we could have missed (haha) a lot more fish. We did get a nice cruise from Charlotte Harbor to Sanibel though. I had a blast and want to try it again. As soon as we can swing it, we'll be back.

P.S. It was Brenda that fought that big-old jack. Pretty awesome fish! P.S.S. Glad you appreciated the good looking fishing persons me and Matt brought with us - I've always liked brunettes.....and they can catch some fish!
