March is the windiest month in Florida, as a rule. This March was certainly no exception, and brought many dry cold fronts with no associated rain. Dick Lefebvre and I drew a perfect day with light and variable breezes, and Dick proceeded to have a blast. He had the highest number of fish per angler for March, and the quality of the fish was certainly there.
