Steve booked three days with me in May, and was particulary interested in getting in at least one day of tarpon fishing. Because of weather and tides we opted to leave tarpon for the last day, and fished snook and reds the first two days.
Over two days of fishing Steve in his usual fashion kicked some serious fishbutt. The first day he boated 25 snook to 27 inches, 2 trout and an 8 pound jack, and lost just as many. The second day he boated 8 big snook to 9 pounds and 2 trout. He also lost some monsters.
Steve goes down in BarHopp'R history as the first Angler of the Month to repeat in consecutive months. If you've been reading the rest of these reports, you probably noticed that he earned top honors last month, as well. Congratulations on some great fishing, Steve!
