After an exhausting Playoff and World Series schedule, Florida Marlins third baseman Alex Arias and his good friend Bruce Aucoin were ready for some rest and relaxation. I tried not to let them relax too much!
When Bruce booked this trip and asked what I thought we'd catch, I told him I expected they'd catch 30 to 40 reds and snook. Alex and Bruce caught over 20 reds to 26 inches, around 12 snook to 26 inches, and a 6 pound trout, which earned them the top angler award for November. Bruce told me at the end of the trip that he thought I was full of it when I said that, but he's a believer, now.
Congratulations to Alex and Bruce on a job well done.
