Picking the AOTM for September was easy! On a day when all the other guides kept their boats on the trailers, and rational anglers stayed home, Marty and Nancy Dietz braved some nasty wind, rought weather, rain, and a bumpy, wet boatride to fish. With a strong desire to fish, and an even stronger faith in my promise that the fish would bite, we headed out. I know Nancy was probably wondering if she'd done the right thing, but from the time the first bait was cast and immediately devoured, there was no doubt we had made the right call. It was a day made in heaven, with some 80 snook and redfish to the boat. Congratulations on a great day of fishing.

Marty and Nancy will be hard to beat for Angler of the Year honors, as well.
